Although a really large ship, very easy to find your way around very quickly. The evening shows were on the whole enjoyable and varied. The service was exceptional, all staff were very friendly, from maintenance, officers, cleaning staff, they all had a friendly greeting.

We stayed overnight in Southhampton at the Holiday Inn, which was actually a two minute walk to the ship! The hotel clean and friendly, food passable, but the close proximity made up for that.

We only did one ship tour, a transfer to Pisa and Florence which was well organised and efficient. All other ports were very easy to do on own.
