Good service, clean stateroom, entertainment not impressive, food disappointing. Aqua dining room too noisy - preferred Versailles dining room.
Cuts of meat not the best. Had a pork chop that was like shoe leather. Liked the Blue Lagoon for lunch and snacks - they had the best cheesecake.
Embarkation and disembarkation was very smooth. Mostly booked excursions on our own from recommendations through Trip Advisor except for power snorkeling in Costa Maya which was fun but there weren't many fish to see and they kept hording us together so I was always bumping into people.
Mini-suite 11156 - nice bathroom, comfortable bed, could be a little larger, closet space adequate, excellent steward (Christian). Since we preferred the Versailles dining room, we like the location which was not too far from the aft elevators.
Went tubing with Cave Tubing R Us. For $45 got the outing that was $110 through the ship's excursion office. A long trek through the forest and we went through two sets of caves. Nice, comfortable tubes with mesh bottoms.
We've been there before so we didn't need to see any more pyramids. Instead, we went to a private beach club, Nichi Cocom, where we had reservations and were escorted to lounge chairs and plied with all-inclusive drinks and food. They limit the number of entrants so it never gets crowded. The beach was lovely and clean and the service very good.
Hired a private driver through Christopher Tours who was wonderful. It was a rainy day but he found some sun for us on the South side and we were able to spend some nice time on a private beach. He then took us to a nice place where we were able to lunch on the water with Conch fritters and made sure we got to see the whole island.
