My family and I just returned from the 2/21 sailing of Carnival Spirit. In short, it was a memorable vacation and much too short!

BEFORE EMBARKATION -- We stayed at Holiday Inn On the Bay and received an upgrade from a bayview room to a suite. We had a direct view of the cruise terminal and it was extremely exciting to see Carnival Spirit docked when we woke up. We took the free hotel shuttle to the cruise terminal and were whisked right up to the main passenger entrance. We arrived at about 11:15am.

EMBARKATION -- Having already completed the FunPass, we proceeded to a small line where we received our zone number (Zone 3) and completed the check-in process. We sat in the back of the waiting area and waited for our zone to be called. The entire process was completely painless and we were on board around 12:00pm.
