Let me start off by saying we had a great time. My husband and I are in our early 40s and 2 girls ages 13 and 10. We traveled with 5 other families. This was my first time on princess. I have been on Royal, Carnival, Celebrity and Norwegian. I still like Royal the best.

THE GOOD: Sabatini's...oh my God. Make reservations as soon as you get on the ship. Embarkation good. we got on around 12:30. We put towels on the pool deck to reserve chairs at 7:30 am. Fun games and live caribbean music by the pool. That makes me feel like I am on vacation. The staff was fine NOTHING outstanding. Did a great excursion in st. thomas: snorkeling and inflatable speedboat. boat holds 18 people. Adults and kids loved it. Bert Stratton (piano bar) was terrific. Very funny, like Jim Carrey. Trivia in the afternoon very good. But how many alarm clocks can you win? Food overall satisfactory.

THE BAD: This was the worst camp for kids. It was LAME. coloring is no tan activity for 10 year olds, neither is making pompom animals. Al the other cruise lines had MUCH better activities. Big production dance shows were bad. I had a nice nap. Again in comparison to other cruise lines very poor. Even though some things were not perfect we had an amazing time. We are home 3 days and I am already to book for next year.
