A good way to see much of Hawaii but would suggest that anyone considering this cruise also look at cruises to Hawaii that depart from southern CA. If you have the additional 3 or 4 days and can take a 10 - 11 day cruise, you should be able to get a better ship, pretty much the same ports in Hawaii, and for less money.
PROS:
* Quality of service and attitude of on board staff was excellent
* good ports
CONS:
* Expensive (cost / day)
* poor quality of entertainment
* lack of night time activities on ship
* food was average to poor
If you are limited to a 1 week cruise, this ship may be your only option. But, if you have the time and can take a ship that sails from CA, I would suggest you look at those options as well. You can probably get a 10 - 11 day cruise with similar ports, a better cruise ship experience, and it will probably cost less that the NCL POA cruise. If you are limited to 7 days, this ship appears to be your only option.
