Just returned from a 7 night Caribbean cruise on-board the NCL Spirit yesterday. Overall a great experience that I would recommend. (and I'm ready to go again!)

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. For the most part we were pleasantly surprised with the exception of Costa Maya which has been made into a destination by the cruise lines to sell stuff from their "recommended vendors". If you're not doing a cruise line tour here it's a waste of time in my opinion. Would have preferred to have more time in Belize or Roatan, ports that you have to tender in.

Embarkation and debarkation were smooth, especially if you choose to walk off the ship with your luggage like we did - totally hassle free! From the time they announced that we had cleared customs to the time we were getting in our shuttle back to our hotel & car was less than 30 minutes. EXCELLENT way to disembark!!!

Cabin Review

Cabin ID

Inside cabin 8501 was a nice roomy cabin with plenty of drawers and closet space. However, it is directly above the casino lounge area where several late night events are held. VERY NOISY CABIN late at night for those wanting a little bit of sleep before they hit the next port early in the morning.
