Flew in Saturday afternoon and stayed at the Embassy Suites near the airport (took the ES free shuttle). The hotel pushed a cruise port shuttle service ($10 each in a small bus that would stop at each of the cruise docks), but we opted for a cab that was $20 total for our family of four (kids 11 & 13), that took us straight to the NCL dock.

Embarkation process took maybe an hour and a half (we arrived around 1:00). We made the mistake of getting in the shorter "Latitudes (?)" line because we had cruised with NCL before. The problem was, there was a preferred level above ours who were able to walk right up to the front of our line. We started in the "cattle" line before moving to the shorter line, and would have made it through quicker if we would have stayed with the livestock.
