After reading some of the reviews for this ship I wanted to cancel my cruise and change for another ship. Because of the negative reviews I was more alert to some of the complaints and this is what I found.

The ship was very clean and you would never know that it was not a new ship and the crew very friendly and helpful. One night my husband became ill and we went to out cabin early and placed the do not disturb sign on the door. Within a hour I was in need of a bathroom clean-up and found our stewart to be so helpful and kind. I told him I was so sorry to ask him to do this, his reply was with a smile, no, this is my job. He not only cleaned the bathroom but quitely wipe down the room and ask if we needed anything. Without disturbing my husband. The next morning he ask my husband if he was feeling better.

The only thing I did find with this ship and it would be any ship that is not built for freestyle dining is just does not work well and reservations are needed on a first come first serve basis. Read more
