Ship Facts: Carnival Ecstasy Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Carnival Ecstasy Deck Plans
Carnival Ecstasy not up to par
Richard and Joy Seniors retired and Florida residents .

We are one cruise short of Platinum members on Carnival.

Monday the 7Th day of December we arrived at Port Carnival at 11 O :clock am to embark the ship and we have were not able to board till 1:45 .

The ships on board security cameras were not working .One camera was replaced at the port and we were allowed to board the ship.

The buffet food was just warm and was not up to Carnival's standard .

The dining room food was bland and did not offer the variety we had become a custom to on cruises . The second night on the cruise the waiters did not get our meals served during the allotted time and we had to miss the show as we were late getting over our meal.

The waiters the third night were too busy dancing and singing to serve our meal before it was cold .

The entertainment the first night consist about a 30 minute show .we missed the second night ,the third night the armatured show was the best .Steve the cruise director played his violin and he is talented . Entertainment was poor we thought we had gone to a high school presentation of the Wizard of Oz on the 5Th night .

This is not up to Carnival standard .

We will continue to sail with Carnival but will go back to the newer ships .

Nassau is a wonderful port and Half moon Cay is a clean and pretty port to visit and enjoy . The food on Half Moon Cay was OK just no muster for my hot dogs or hamburgers.
