We traveled with another couple to Honolulu to take the Pride of America on a seven day cruise to the islands. None of us had been to Hawaii before, so we were excited about seeing a variety of sites in a short period of time.

We were not expecting much as far as the ship goes because of uneven reviews from other travelers.

We flew from Atlanta to Honolulu after booking the airline travel on our own. We took the Speedy SHuttle from the airport to our hotel, the Marriott Waikiki resort. Hotel was beautiful. We had the buffet dinner in the on-site restuaruant, and we all concurred, it was a fabulous meal, one of the best meals we had on the whole trip.

Balcony

We had a balcony on the 10th level. The room was a typical cruise stateroom. Small, but comfortable. Closet was adequate. I would stay in this type of room again.
