Nice itinerary, deluxe decoration, delicious food at Vista Restaurant, friendly restaurant & stateroom staff.
A nightmare dealing with the Front Desk, confusing information about credit card deposits. One authorization signed at the Front Desk was stated on my Visa account under an unknown name different from Zuiderdam or HAL. On board credit was blocked without previous notice.
Badly maintained exterior surfaces, worn-out sunbeds.

Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom
A/C impossible to be turned off or at least reduce the vent power. Located right above our bed, we could feel the air blowing over our face the whole night long.
Some sailing nights with rough sea we were several times awakened by the sound of creaking panels. We called maintenance and the put some wooden plugs in the angle between the wall and the ceiling
