The good:
Our cabin steward, our dining room waitstaff, the kitchen staff, our cabin size, configuration and view, embarkation was quick and smooth. We did self debarkation and were off in record time. Lots of seating in the buffet area.
The bad:
The beds - ours were as hard a rocks, we asked the steward about getting a foam cover or something to soften the bed - they put an extra comforter under the bottom sheet - not much difference. We both woke up with a sore back every day.
The shows weren't to our liking - too many sexual innuendos, seductive dancing and skimpy costumes.
The booths in the dining room or the South Beach Club buffet. The bench was too close to the table, and the seat too low with respect to the height of the table. The table came up to me mid-chest. They did change our table after the first night at our request.
The ugly:
The weather - we missed Progresso, because the authorities closed the port due to high winds. We had rain on 3 days, clouds on 1 and sunshine on the very last day on board the ship. Obviously the cruise ship cannot do anything about the weather. The kitchen staff offered an amazing lunch in the dining room.
We enjoyed the South Beach Club - buffet area, the staff did a great job keeping the tables cleared of dirty dishes, but we very rarely saw anybody wipe the tables after they had cleared them. Ewww!
One of the few levels by which you could traverse the ship from bow to stern had the casino in the middle of it...everything within a 10 ft. radius (including the elevators) reeked of smoke.
