Boy, was I in for a disappointment! It is very evident that RCCL is pinching pennies and cutting back...and that might be part of the problem! No warm greeting, no welcoming champagne.....just a brief announcement to head to Windjammer for a tasteless, mass produced buffet.

Our cabin was adequate and clean, but no robes were available for Diamond members until a day or two later. I was amazed to discover that ice was no longer furnished, but had to be requested...and our attendant did keep us supplied!

My Time Dinning proved to be difficult and were forced to set at a table for two even though we had stated in our reservation we wanted a large table. Service was SLOW and the staff did not interact with the passengers, it almost seemed that they were short staffed most of the time. Breakfast and Lunch in the Dinning Room was also very slow! Dinners at Portifino's were amazing and the service was impeccable!

Cabin 6655 - Inside cabin with a TV that didn't work properly! Our attendant called several times but couldn't get it fixed.
