We sailed out as a group for Thanksgiving. I was looking forward to having a nicer ship for the 5 day experience. This was the most disorganized ship I have been on. It seemed the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. We did the at your time dining since I could not get the group a regular seating. The at your time was a disaster to say the least. We were seated and then sat and waited they pulled 2 tables together with 2 different waiters. One finally decided to wait on us and the service was poor. Then next night we asked for a different waiter and they said we would have to wait 30 mins to seat all 6 of us. Guess what we ended up with the same waiter but the service was better this time. The next night a disaster again we ended up skipping the desert. We spoke with the head guy for a second time he assured us they were not understaffed but they were (don't lie to me) we were given a table in the regular area and it was the difference between night and day with our service.

The times for the swimming pools kept changing also and the back pool which traditionally with other ships has been all adult is not on this ship. I would like to have a place to go without being splashed by kids or listen to a game of Marco polo there are 2 other pools for the kids.

I talked with many other passengers on this ship that were frequent cruisers and they too were very very disappointed with the quality of this ship. Read more
