Friendly, usually attentive, smiling staff; decent food with lots of options; clean facilities, attentive room steward; excellent service and food in LeBistro; as-needed updates from Captain regarding weather conditions and impacts; wide variety of entertainment and activities, all for less than would have spent elsewhere.
We booked on the edge of hurricane season for better pricing. Weather was a bit rough making it hard for some, but we were comfortable. An excursion was cancelled but we were quickly informed and offered money back or an alternative excursion, which we enjoyed at Megan's Bay in St. Thomas!
We saw rough water at Great Stirrup Cay but chose to go in, recognizing the tender ride would be bumpy. It was like being at an amusement park, lots of up/down as would be expected when you looked at the wave action on the water! Once on the island, we enjoyed a quick swim, the barbecue and scenery.
Except for some spillover smoke into the atrium from the casino and the commonly noted buffet layout problem, no complaints.
By the way, at each meal we saw at least 10 different types of bread, vegetables, meat, fruit, dessert, etc, allowing us to select something different for every meal providing lots of variety.
All in all, very happy cruisers. We will be returning.
