Well, I thought I would write a review while everything is still fresh in my mind ... I just got home from the cruise ...

This was truly a bittersweet vacation ... We were looking so forward to this cruise after our phenomenal cruise on the Brilliance and instead of a repeat performance, we got some rotten apples ...

The major issues we have was the ship and staff. The ship is only 4 years old yet it shows such wear and tear ... carpets need to be replaced and a COMPLETE cleaning overhaul needs to be done. There is just no excuse to have to see dust on artwork, brown spots on the cabin couch, broken buttons or a cabin fridge that doesn't work. This is supposed to be a semi-luxury experience. The ship needs to NOT sail back-to-back and take a week off for cleaning and maintenance. In comparison to other cruise ships, it was SO DISAPPOINTING and noticeable to me.
