We arrived in FLL a day early to stay @ the Ramada a mile and a half from the pier. It's a good value, has a continental breakfast and free shuttle service.

On Crown Princess we had a balcony on Baja (Deck 11) -â€" very comfortable and a few steps from elevators and the Lido buffets.

Shrimp: While some ships are skimping on shrimp, the Crown Princess had an abundance of shrimp or shrimp dishes. On the first evening, the buffet @ Horizon Court/Cafe Caribe had a mound at least 1 foot high and 2 foot in diameter of large shrimp that should have had a sign that read "We bet you can't eat all this..". WHEW! I gave up after about 15 shrimp. There were also meals with shrimp on skewers, shrimp salad and HUGE shrimp with the lobster dinner.

B718. Comfy size quiet location cabin that is close to elevators and stairs. 3 flights of stairs to get to the Lido. Great view of sunsets heading back to FLL (weather permitting). Adequate storage. Shower is somewhat small if you are a "big" person. Nice flat screen TV but often lost satellite reception.
