Overall great experience. Staff and service were great. Entertainment was mostly very good.
A few negatives: mostly lukewarm hot tubs; no free steam room; cramped men's locker room; A section of the buffet line should have been opened before 7AM. With the 7 time changes breakfast kept getting later and later. The back walls of the elevators were damaged--an obvious design flaw.
The $12 meal in the Italian Restaurant was well worth the money. Food was great and the staff was very entertaining.
