My partner and I had never been on a cruise. We've heard good and bad about every cruise line out there, but we figured for the money, Carnival seemed to offer the best bang for the buck!!
Right from the start, Carnival proved to have everything under control. We arrived early for embarkation; however, were permitted on the ship and were sitting on the Lido deck having lunch at 11:30 a.m.. By the way, the party begins as soon as you board!! After lunch, we were able to check into our room (with luggage already waiting for us).
