Background: I am 55; my DH is 65. We started cruising in November, 2006 and were immediately bitten by the cruise bug. Our B2B on the Celebrity Millennium marks our 14th and 15th cruises.

Pre-Cruise: We booked our own air via JetBlue from Boston to Fort Lauderdale. We were able to get out of Boston earlier than planned on October 30 (thank you JetBlue for getting us out during a horrible New England Nor'Easter), and spent one night at the Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport Hotel.

A friend of ours owns a transportation company (I don't think Cruise Critic will allow me to mention his Company's name) in the Fort Lauderdale area; one of his drivers picked us up at the Sheraton and drove us to Miami to the Port.
