Sail Date: Nov 2011
Traveled with children

Raw sewage smell around rooms on 7Th floor, stronger at elevators. Crew completely dis- regaurded all passengers request of where it was coming from as if they didn't know what we were talking about. Read past review remarks on same subject before Nov.2011. Definitely a problem that needs to be addressed.

Scheduled evening dining was superb, however buffet dining was a disappointment after being told the food is excellent and top notch. Not ! $3.25 for a soda, Really? Our room was attended to twice a day. Excellent stateroom attendant. Evening dinner head waiter ( Mark ) was awesome. The bread guy was kinda annoying(asst waiter). Mark needs a promotion to head maitre d. He was very precise and to perfection.

Days full of events with evenings as well on the ship. Would have liked to seen a nightly disco dance floor for the adults. Ship shows some rust and deterioration on external surfaces. Rocky seas, windy at Bermuda with rain. Not ships fault, better to attend in March-August. Room service needs to change nightly menu on a every other night option. we wore that service out especially with children on board. Crew was very nice in all area's. Some crew members are confused with the English grammar. Good people though.

Cabin Review

Rooms ok, but we had four, little cramped. Hallway to door is small. Holding door open for room service and them passing by your is very tight. Rust on balcony #7356 especially as you walk out of sliding glass door around door framing
