Just arrived back from the most amazing experience on Independence of the seas with Royal Caribbean. This ship was amazing with so much to do during the day and night. Great for all ages. Met so many amazing people on board and have come away with some new friends.

The staff were really amazing with excellent service, food in the main dining room was lovely and service exceptional. Windjammer Cafe had great variety of food available most of the day although can become a little boring after a while.

Choose the entertainment wisely. some is a little poor in the evening and some exceptional talent. Try to get of at port where possible as it was great to experience different towns and ports. We found Madeira and gran canaria were our favourite destinations. The cabin we had was an outside stateroom on deck 2.The cabin was perfectly suitable with a great view, the bed was extremely comfortable and very quiet so got plenty of rest. The stateroom attendant was fantastic and the cleanliness throughout the ship was exceptional. We did no pre planned trips but instead chose to investigate the ports ourselves. There are plenty of taxis outside and will give good deals if you haggle a bit.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Stateroom

Cabin I

Great cabin on deck 2, Very quiet , spacious with a great view close to the sea. We experienced no noise and also when the seas are rough we felt it was much better in our cabin where we we middle of the ship and lower deck
