Sailed with my husband on the Allure and we loved every minute of it. We have sailed on 3 previous cruises 1 was Norwegian and 2 other Royal Caribbean. Service from all staff was excellent as was all the entertainment. Don't miss Blue Planet. Food was very good in the dining room and Windjammer, did specialty restaurants Giovanni's which was good, Samba Grill was very good, and Chops was excellent. Favorite spot for lunch was Park Cafe for roast beef sandwiches and salad. We also enjoyed Central Park after dinner just to sit and relax. Solarium was beautiful and relaxing.

We had a problem 1 night with the toilet continually running. We called maintenance and they were at our cabin in 5 minutes and resolved the issue immediately. Our cabin steward was excellent in keeping the cabin spotless and was very courteous. Dining room staff as well as specialty restaurant staff were knowledgeable and all seemed genuinely friendly and willing to please.

We mainly went for the experience of the ship but did go to ports to shop and Labadee for the beach which was great. Beautiful weather all week. We did not go to Cozumel on this Western Caribbean cruise because there was a hurricane so we went instead to Nassau. Captain Zinni was great in keeping us informed and safe by directing us to another port. Cruise director Alan Brooks was very good, liked his morning show broadcast on the TV. He appeared at most of the entertainment.
