INDEPENDENCE OF THE SEAS

OCT 9TH- OCT 20TH 2011

This was our first cruise and also our first holiday for over 5 years, so a perfect holiday was well needed. RCI have ticked every box, I cannot complain or give a negative feedback on anything. It was PERFECT!

Royal Family Suite

Cabin FS

Royal Family Suite 8714. Spacious suite, but might be a bit small if more than 6 sleeping in it, it does sleep up to 8 people. There were 5 of us and it was perfect. The balcony does get soot from the chimneys when they incinerate the rubbish through the night. We informed Edwin our suite attendant and he had the balcony cleaned for us. We were offered a free laundry service for any clothes that had been soiled with the soot. RCI are aware of the problem. Perhaps a canopy over the balcony might be a solution.
