We chose this cruise based on its ports of call, cost and what we wanted from the cruise: different ports that we haven't seen, low cost travel and relaxation. the Sun delivered on all accounts.

Embarkation went smoothly and minimal waiting in the terminal. Disembarkation was lengthy in its process however since walk off isn't allowed at the terminal per customs. so after years of using wheel off disembarkation this was more cumbersome and time consuming however whole event took only an hour from start to finish.

STAFF: We found attention from staff attentive and responsive to any concerns or issues. However i don't go with the expectation that i will be waited on hand and foot and the employees are my personal servants. That being said the room was clean and tidy daily. only concern here was the T.V hadn't been upgraded to a flat screen and picture was slightly squiggly. no reason to storm the front desk about. I noticed less hounding from bar staff on pool decks during the day hours. Read more
