My husband and I took a wonderful cruise on September 24. This was our 4th cruise with Carnival and again, we were extremely pleased with everything and certainly had no complaints whatsoever. The Liberty is a beautiful and elegant ship, with excellent entertainment and a nice variety of lounges with professional musical groups and comedians. We loved the glitzy shows in the main theatre as well, which were performed by professional, talented and enthusiastic dancers and singers in spectacular costumes.

The ship was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved our cabin with ocean view. Our cabin was kept incredibly clean and orderly and it was a pleasure to come back after a day of fun to find everything in its place.

We particularly enjoyed the gym each morning. It had the latest cardio equipment, weights and different classes, such as yoga or spinning, if you wished to join a group activity. The pools were great and a nice More size - a real treat to be able to swim in the morning and anticipate the fun day ahead.

We also enjoyed the days at sea as there was always something going on and it was hard to just sit and relax on the various decks for too long. We loved the pool deck and the musical entertainment provided during the day.

The ports were interesting and we've been to all of them on previous cruises. We took one ship excursion in Jamaica and that was the 3 mile tube ride down the White River. It was very relaxing and incredibly picturesque as we slowly floated down the river and enjoyed the wonderful and lush canopy above.

The food on the ship was excellent and it was difficult to choose from so many delectable choices. The buffet restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch. We loved the Mongolian food station, as well as the deli and burrito stations. Desserts were excellent and there was an amazing variety of pastries and cakes. For dinner we always dined in the main dining-room and again were extremely pleased with the quality and variety of the items provided. Again, there was too much to choose from. The dining-room staff were very professional and efficient and made our dining experience most enjoyable.

All in all we had a most wonderful time and put a deposit on our next Carnival cruise and are looking forward to another most enjoyable cruise. Less

Cabin review: Carnival Liberty Oceanview Main 2429

Our cabin #2429 was a nice size with ample storage facilities. We loved the ocean view window. Our cabin steward kept it very clean and orderly and we were never disappointed with any aspect of the cabin amenities or service.
