Concierge reviews are limited so hope this helps..we booked with DVC points for me and hubby(paid cash for 11 y/o triplet boys). Got thru security by 1130am. They tell you dont come before 11am but you can. Checked in quickly at concierge counter. Then personally escorted pass the masses onto the ship and got our pic taken. Then escorted again up to the concierge lounge on deck 12 where we were seated and served adult drink of our choice and some yum yums.The lounge has a expresso machine too. We went over our itinerary with Julia (who is awesome) while the boys changed and went on the Aquaduck. We added a wine tasting and tequila tasting and I highly recommend it.

Our room was ready early (1pm) and we walked into the room having preordered by me celebration decor and fruit and bubbly to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The lounge serves continental breakfast and 2 evening offerings. Your pics taken thru out the cruise are kept in the lounge while others are kept at Shutters on deck 5. Their are 3 concierge staff to help you with any questions or reservations you may need 7am to 10pm. Eddy and Thomas are very helpful too. The private sundeck has sunscreen if you forgot yours. If you reserved a cabana on castaway island ( we did and I highly recommend it) you get 2 suncreens, fruit, water, pop, big towels, snorkel stuff, floaties, 1 hour bike rental and push a button for fast adult drink requests. oh and your own shower too.

Did parasailing early..loved it..do not book in middle of day. Did Atlantis waterpark and loved it. Book this thru disney not on our own since it is a hassle to get to and from. Read more
