Just got back from our cruise and wanted to let you all know that it was a wonderful cruise. I was scared at first do to some of the other reviews that I had read. But everything was very good.

Getting on the ship was easy. The ship was very beautiful no worn carpets and no sewer smell on deck two or three. The food was great in the Great Gatsby and in the Windjammer Cafe. Excursions was also great good weather in all three ports. Departure was very easy in general the only thing negative I can say is that we were sitting in the Centrum lounge for about an hour from 0700-till 0800 when one of the staff came up to all who was sitting in this lounge which was about 100 people and made us move because they wanted to save this area for wheelchaired people. The only problem with that was we only saw 6 wheelchaired people all cruise so we got up and watched the area and found not one wheelchair person sat in this area -- all of the w/c people were taken down to level 2 by the cruise line staff. I think this was very wrong to clear an area and then not even one person sat there.

Ok enough about that now I would like to go back and tell you about the arrival at New Orleans airport. This is probably the most confusing part of the trip -- trying to find the cruiseline rep is easy but if you don't ask this person for luggage tags you won't get them, and if you fall behind when they are leading you to the buses let's hope you can find them 'cause they won't wait for you and the people are a little rude when you ask questions.
