We have just returned from a 14 day cruise to Hawaii which sailed on the 28th Sept 2011.
We flew from Gatwick to Las Vegas and stayed at the Bellagio for 3 nights. As it was a special occasion we flew Premium economy with Virgin Atlantic, although the aircraft had seen better days and was getting tired the leg room etc was great!
We then flew to LA with Continental airways but even though we had booked the whole trip with Virgin holidays Continental made us pay for all our cases as they dont carry any free this cost us $120!

Smaller cabins than the RC ships but it was ok, but hated chairs being moved around from the decks above
