We are a local Florida couple. I am 47 DH is 52- we have taken a total of 5 cruises 3 on Carnival, 1 on Royal Caribbean and this one on Norwegian Sun. Since we live close by we do not have a hotel review to add.

We arrived at the Port at 12:15 for boarding. We always book Mini-suite or higher rooms and on Carnival and RC this has always included VIP boarding. Not so at all with Norwegian- we waited in lines for over two and a half hours! Totally unacceptable!

Once on board we located our mini-suite stateroom- room was very nice- aft facing balcony- largest balcony we have ever had. However when I unpacked and went to push my suitcase under the bed I found a used toothpick on the floor and later a used tissue under the couch. Gross! Room steward was seen once throughout the whole three days- bed was made so know he had come around- but never introduced himself or checked to see if there was anything that we needed.
