My husband & i drove into Long Beach from out of state & stayed at the Holiday Inn downtown they offered a great deal on a stay & sail package, which offered free shuttle service to & from Carnival along with free covered parking. Our room was great & so was the staff & service all at a very affordable rate i would highly recommend & stay with them again in the future.

Our shuttle got us to Carnivals port at a decent time we waited in a shady seated area for about 45 min's before being checked in by Carnivals staff, once we were checked in we went up to the Lido deck & lunch was ready for us which was really good. While eating lunch they were preparing our rooms & they were ready for us by 2pm which worked out great.

We had scheduled early dining which was in The Black Pearl, the menu, food & service was great we had an awesome waiter Reggie along with his team they had our section laughing & looking forward to seeing them every night their dinner service was excellent.

Cabin Review

We had a balcony room on upper deck 6 and had a great room steward Sang he was very kind helpful & efficient in seeing to all of our needs. Our room was great the bed was a little harder then what i would have liked so we didn't care for that to much. We had plenty of room for our clothes & all i thought the closet space was pretty spacious. Our room was next to the elevators which i requested & i have to say i really didn't here to much noise or traffic all & all it was really a nice room.
