We were really looking forward to this trip to see the northern lights and Norway in winter. We were so disappointed by the ship.
The cabin was small old fashioned cramped and lacked facilities. The food was appalling the main restaurant was dark and dismal the food unattractive and tasteless. The staff tried hard but had little to play with.
The alternative dining venue was appalling it looked like a works canteen with food to match.
Entertainment was dreadful, an amateur caberer show not as good as a production in a village hall. Repetitive singing duo in one of the bars and a few quizzes.
Shops poor with little stock and very overpriced.
Outside deck full of tatty plastic chairs and dirty cups.
Husky trips and ice hotel excellent but very expensive. We missed 4 ports of call due to severe storms
We will stick to better cruise lines in the future. Avoid at all costs
