check in was very smooth, approx 20 mins and we were in our cabins, there were 4 in our party, my husband and i and my son and his girlfriend, rooms were spotlessly clean, not a lot of storage but we managed, balconies were lovely with a table and 2 chairs, ship was full but it didnt feel crowded, we opted for anytime dining and shared a table most nights which was fun, we ate mainly in michaelangelos, the food is excellent with loads of options, if you dont like any of the courses the waiters are quite happy to bring another, we also tried the crown grill, our steaks were excellent although i wasnt keen on the waiter bringing round a platter of raw steaks so we could see what we were ordering, it looked hideous, casino and staff were excellent and were very willing to explain how to play the many games on offer, the bar was also excellent, the nightly shows in the theatre were mainly good but a few guest acts were boring, a guy who won opputunity knocks in the 70's and a magician/comedian, but the princess dancers and singers were amazing and put on some excellent shows, sun deck was lovely and well layed out but as always it was difficult to get a sunbed due the the selfish people who got up at first light and placed towels and books on the beds and disappeared for hours, one of my pet hates was the phographers who insisted on taking a pic of our every move, felt like they were haunting me, the pics are so expensive.
malaga was excellent, 10 minute walk to town. we were going to do a party booking for next year but unfortunatley princess has changed their smoking policy and will not allow smoking on balconies, such a shame but never mind there is a lot of cruise companies out there, on the whole a good holiday with very friendly crew.
