Ship Facts: Disney Dream Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Disney Dream Deck Plans
A wish is a dream your heart makes while you are sleepIng
My family and I have just got back from our magical holiday! My husband and my self and our 3 children 4,6,8.

We had a week in Florida first and stayed at the quality inn international drive, very practical and comfy, also it has a free shuttle bus which takes you to most of the different parks which are very close by!!!! It's very close to everything very much recommended! The parks are everything and more! As only there for a week tried to do the main ones! Sea world was amazing high light for us was the shows a defo must sea!!!! Universal and island of adventure again amazing! Harry potter world was by far the high light! Disneys magic kingdom spectacular!!!!!! The late show in front of the castle is a must see! But one piece of advice would be after the light parade make your way to the top of the walk way to enjoy the fireworks you don't get full effect when your to close, also you can beat the rush to leave cause that is amazing!!!! Water park we went to aquatica, very good and hav an excellent kids play area, all day fun and that's no joke! You can hire buggies from the parks and if you hav a small one defo recommend it! Also the refill cups are a must cause it can cost you so much in water and drinks but with the heat drinking is a must. They are only about 6 dollars and then only 80 or 90 cents to fill up and if you buy one on the first day take it to the parks with you you can use um everywhere!

We used a private transfer company ambiance and WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone!!!! They were late rude and very expensive! Only down side to our stay in Florida!!!!

Cruise Day one,,,,,When you pull up out side at the port for a small tip they will sort your luggage for you! But take a day bag on board with you with sun cream and swim stuff as you won't get your

bags till 4 in the afternoon! But it will be delivered to your rooms it's brill!!!!! when you arrive at port canaveral the magic starts straight away so don't pack your camera you wilin need it, Don't feel you need to get there at check in opening times. We arrived at one and the check in wasn't busy at all! A time saver is to fill out a lot of your info on line!!! The check in for the kids clue is a must to!!! Even if you feel you won't use it it doesn't cost anything to use and they give the children security tags so if you miss place your child they can locate where they are on the ship!!!! On entrance to the Disney dream it really dose take your breath away! It truley is beautiful !!!! The staff are very helpful and very very polite, are rooms were ready for 1:30, so went straight to our rooms! Was expecting them to be very small and compact and it was totally the opposite, couldn't work out where the rest of the beds where as there was only 1 in our room but they come and turn them down at nite and put them away in the morning to give you the space! We had a veranda and it was lovely to get some air! We explored the ship that afternoon and the children went straight to kids clue which is out of this world!!!!! Better than any playschool kids clud I hav ever seen!!! Totally amazing!!!!!!! That evening we ate at royal palace! Very nice indeed, very posh and the food was lovely! Early to bed that nite to make the most of the next,

Day 2,,,,, we docked in nassue we didn't get of the ship at this port it looked lovely but had herd ia lot of bad things about it and also wanted to make the most of the quite time on the ship! We had dinner and drinks on the deck as food ice creams soft drinks are available 24 7. The kids enjoyed the pool at the quite time to, which I would recommend as the pools are very small for the amount of children on bored! Aqua duck was great a lot of fun! That nite we ate in animation palace and was also a lot of fun food again was great and service brill, they really can't do enough for you, and you hav the same wait staff as they move with you on your dinning plan, they just can't do enough for you and there great with the kids, my daughter is gluten intollerant and theybtreated her like a title prinsess!

Day 3 ,,,, castaway cay!!!!!! Brilliant very beautiful totally relaxing! Did the sting ray feed it was ok not brilliant, my husband and son did the sea fishing and thuraly enjoyed them self's. It was very very hot! I recommend you take your own snorkel because the floats are free when you get there so the package deal is a bit over priced for what it is, that nite was pirate nite and again another brilliant show up on deck followed by amazing fireworks up on deck,

Day4,,,,,, at sea, very very very hot!!!!!! So hot you couldn't even sit in it but there was lots to do inside the ship, we spent this day doing the characters, everyday you get an itenery of what's going on where and when, the main ones is the princesses and the main characters and I suggest to get there early or you will be waiting a very very long time and they are only out for half an hour and they cut it off but don't tell you they just say no more sorry!!!!! That nite we ate at enchanted garden and it was very beautiful and elegant. after dinner we went to see the Disney believe, the show in the ships very own theatre. It was a brilliant show bit for the adults as well as the kids, did some shopping on board the ship not a lot to choose from and it was very over priced but some really nice things,

Day5,,,, leaving the ship, you hav to be out of your rooms by 8 and off the ship by 9, we had breakfast up on deck cause it was a lot more laid back, the queuing for disembakment was hurendas and seemed to take forever but after the last 4 days you really didn't mind the waiting around,

On a hole it was an amazing holiday you are treated like royalty you want for nothing!!!! It was magical from start to finish, the food was lovely where ever you eat, there is something for everyone, and if they haven't got what you want ask and they will make it for you, the rooms are very nice and defo recommend your own veranda for some away time!

Already looking to book again for next year!!!!! Can't wait roll on Disney dream 2012,
