I just came back from the Eastern Caribbean cruise the last week of August. We have a group of 12 people traveling. I would like to correct a few misleading review from before. Firstly, there is hairdryer provided. Secondly, there is toiletries provided, not just soap as mentioned in some reviews. Thirdly, food from the dining room is great (both lunch and dinner). Lastly, the carousel ride at the boardwalk is free not like another review saying there is a charge.
In general, there are more older couples and family cruisers than teenagers on this ship. Our cabin steward was excellent. He even fold up all our clothing and put them away neatly everyday. The overall service is pretty good for those who serves you regularly. (i.e. the cabin steward, the waiter, assistant waiter, head waiter). The service from the bar attendants varies. There are quite a number of pools but they are all quite small. I find the pools are quite crowded most of the time. Make sure you get the wrist band at the sports deck (at the aft of deck 15) before lining up for the flowrider. They won't let you play without the wrist band which signifies you have signed the waiver. Beware not to loose a beach towel, they will charge you $25 for a missing beach towel. There is no need to tip extra unless you wanted to as they always add 15% gratuity to whatever you order. You need to have a pair of sneakers in order to play the zip line and rock climbing. No bare foot.

High
The ship is huge and very elegant. It makes you feel like you are in a shopping mall, food court, or the garden in a hotel depending on which zone you are in. The ship was full with over 6100 passengers and over 2400 staff but it never felt crowded at anytime. You can always find a lounge chair in the various pool deck. The flowrider was fun and the line up was shorter than I expected. Room service is free except there is a charge of $3.95 if order to be delivered between 12 am to 5 am. I think this is acceptable. You can check your entertainment booking, your folio on line in your stateroom (very convenient). The bed is great. I didn't want to get up everyday as it is so comfy.
Low
They charge you for anything they can think of. The charge for internet usage is expense. The room is a little small but adequate.
