This was our first ever cruise and what an experience. From the moment we reached Heathrow everything went well with prestine precision. We were greeted at Heathrow by a RC rep. Embarcation was far easier and organised than expected. Our Cabin Was ready once we had boarded and our luggage was delivered promptly. Every effort was made to ensure we had everything we needed. The entire staff were friendly and accomodating.
We had 'My time' dining which was excellent. the food was amazing with a great choice every night. The Service was always excellent.
The entertainment on board was of a very high standard, especially the nightly shows.
Cabin was great. plenty of stoage space. Big comfortable bed and always cleaned to a high standard.
Never heard any noise form the hallway.
