Late writing this review. We sailed June 17. Traveled with two other couples who have been life long friends. Spent a day in Seattle and took Amtrak to Vancouver. Enjoyed the afternoon in Vancouver, before sailing the next day. Except for shuttle from SeaTac to downtown Seattle, we took cabs for transportation and had no problems.
Embarkation: Had read the horror stories, but we had no problems. We got to the terminal at 12:30 and were on board by 1. There was a virus on board from the previous cruise so we weren't able to go to our rooms until 4. Not sure how they could have handled this situation better, but it was an inconvenience. If their decontamination prevented further incidents, it was worth the inconvenience. I know of no one on our cruise who got sick.
Stateroom: The room was about what we expected-tight. We had a veranda room, which I would recommend, if possible. Gives you a little more room and was great for morning coffee and wine at sunset(10:30). We spent very little time in the room. The bedding was the negative aspect of the room. Mattress was too lumpy and pillows short on stuffing.
