Since there is no other way to convey this to you I would like to let you know about some things my wife and I observed while on your ship the Spirit. We were booked on the Aug 14th departure out of New Orleans in a cat IB interior cabin.

When we arrived at the port we were able to process through the check in lines very fast which we did appreciate and the cookies and drinks offered while in the waiting area were a nice touch. After we got on board the ship it was easy to locate our room and it was ready on time. But after that things did not go very well.

The original keys we received did not work and it took several minutes to locate a room steward, though not ours to open the room so we could leave some carryon bags, and then back to guest services to get new room keys, which was done very well though we never did find out why the originals did not work.

The inside cabins are small with little storage. The room steward was very poor as they would forget to leave wash cloths, towels, soap and shampoo. It would be afternoon before they ever showed up and we never did get to meet them.
