I enjoy Carnival. This was my second cruise with them. The Mobile port is easy to maneuver especially because there is only one ship that docks there. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Downtown (it's the round building) They have parking available there for 55 dollars for a 4 night cruise which is about 15 dollars cheaper than the port parking. They have a free shuttle to and from the port as well. The rooms are nice.

We had an easy time getting on the ship and our rooms were ready by the stated time of 1:30. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious our room was for 3 people. We had 2 twins and a roll away. There was plenty of storage in 3 closets. The shower is huge for a cruise ship. 2 regular size people can easily fit in it. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo and shower gel along with freebies such as toothpaste,and a razor sample. Our steward was available and we always had ice.

We took part in many activities on the ship. There were 2 comedians who put on a family show and an adults only show. I am not sure of their names but they were hilarious. They both were falling to floor my belly aches so much from laughing funny. Read more
