Our biggest complaint was the cost of drinks. We bought the 7 day wine package in excess of $200+. Then found an additional 15% gratuity was added. To compound this we had pre paid gratuities and found part of this was for our table wine waiter!! Thus being charged twice for being served our wine.

They put a 15% gratuity on virtually everything you purchase. Over the past few years we have noticed that an extra 15% being added onto virtually everything you purchase. Be careful - RCI standards are slipping and are becoming a rip-off!!

We ate on second sitting (9pm) in King and I. Our waiters were excellent BUT service form the kitchens was appalling. It was often 11.15pm before we had finished and by this time many of the evening entertainments were finished. Many nights it was after 10pm before we even had our starter. At least one of our group each night had to send food back because it was only just warm. The Head waiter was a complete waste of time. We asked to see the Maitre'd who tried to fob us off. Eventually we arranged a meeting with a senior officer and things did improve - so it could be done.
