My DW and I have been on 5 cruises so far and have been on Royal Caribbean, Princess, and Holland America. This is our second cruise to Alaska and the first doing the Voyage of the Glaciers. A fitting name for this cruise since we really wanted to see glaciers and their caving. And we were not disappointed but more on that later.

Embarkation was great and especially the service provided by Princess. We arrived at the Vancouver Airport and got our luggage and just pass immigration (after all we had arrived from America into Canada) we saw the Princess reps and were graciously directed and we knew our vacation had just entered the "it's going to be great" stage.

After a relatively short wait we got on the bus to transport us to the pier. It wasn't just a bus ride but a fully narrated tour of Vancouver with insights of how it has changed and grown.
