Me and my fiancee left Brazil early on Sunday, arriving at Miami in the end of the afternoon. Got a rental car at Sixt (great car by the way - Ford Escape), and headed to Walmart to buy some useful stuff for the cruise (shampoos, bottled water, sunscreen, etc.), then straight to the Fairfield Inn Miami Airport South, where a great room was waiting for us. After a good night sleep, great breakfast, we returned our car at the Airport and grabbed a van to Miami Port. Got there by 11:30am, the check-in process, although a bit crowded was VERY efficient as it was fast. By 12:15pm we were having an enjoyable lunch at the Windjammer.

Then we started to stroll through the ship, taking pics. At about 1:30pm headed back to our room, one of the luggage already there, the other one arrived before 2:00pm, real fast! Then went to the pool, took more pics, the fiancee started to do her fingernails, and I headed to the gym, which was surprisingly well equipped (way better than most hotels gym´s). Then went for dinner, we were sitting with another Brazilian couple (lovely people by the way), and a newlywed couple from Florida (they were a lot of fun also). We were all the same age and we had a wonderful time together. The dinner was awesome, food was not the best I´ve ever had, but very tasty, would give it 8 out of 10. Then we went to the casino, lost a bit of money, but it was very fun.

We woke up at 8:00am already at Nassau, had a great abundant breakfast at Windjammer and headed to the city. Strolled around, visited many shops, bought a few tax-free stuff, took loads of pics and then went back to the ship, had lunch at the Windjammer, headed for the pool, had a nap, and then, at about 5:30pm headed to the Atlantis. At this time of day you can go around the entire hotel for free, and we did it, took loads of pics, and headed back to the ship about 7:00pm. Quick shower, another dinner, great time also, more casino, loads of fun!

Cabin Review

Ocean View Stateroom

Good size closet. Space for up to three large pieces of luggage under the queen bed. Very small bathroom. Heard absolutely no noise at all. Always very clean and neat. No refrigerator. Hair dryer included. No 220v outlet. Very cozy, although rather small.
