Ship Facts: Review (by Cruise Critic!)
Vineyards Of The Rhine & Mosel
We just went on our first cruise and were very happy that we choose Amawaterways!

Our cabin was at the very rear of the ship, top floor and we found it very quiet. It was sparkling clean and well serviced as were all other areas of the ship.

Our meals where 5 star! If you wanted to order a 2nd entree or dessert, they would see to it right away, and of course the wine kept flowing at supper time.

The staff where very friendly and knew who our room number by the 2nd day. All wait staff were VERY friendly and always had a smile. The lounge areas were comfortable and a the small fitness room was used quite a bit. We had the best cruise director, Elka, who bent over backwards to make sure every detail was looked after for us. We enjoyed all the excursions which where included in our cruise, so no surprises at the end. My husband really enjoyed being able to bike and actually participated in 2 new biking excursions, rather then the regular walking ones offered.

We were also liked that we had 3 days prior to starting the cruise in Paris! This was a bonus for us and being able to participate in some of the optional outings there, was great.

We were also very impressed with the transfer service we received. We were greeted right at arrivals with a pickup that whisked us out of the airport and directly to the hotel and likewise when our cruise was over, we were able to leave the ship after 1:45 PM ( they gave us a lovely light lunch & virtually the run of the ship except for our rooms which we had to check out of at 9AM)and they arranged the efficient trip to the airport where another young man assisted us in making sure we got the correct terminal and went with us as far as he could, which was really nice for our little group of 10 people in a large airport.
