Commuting from DC to Baltimore for a 5 night cruise to Bermuda was a wonderfully relaxing experience. The short drive right up to the check in area was a breeze. So much less stressful than driving to NY or flying to Florida or Puerto Rico to catch a ship. Hope they get a bigger, better terminal and more cruise options soon. I'm all over it.

The ship is small, which makes it easy to get around, but limits your entertainment options. I was disappointed in the spa and gym, which were very small. No sauna, steam room or whirlpool in the spa and the gym had few machines. But that is one of the drawbacks of the smaller ship. Several older folks liked the fact that they didn't have to walk too far to get places. It was all pretty compact. And for five nights, it was still very pleasant.

We had an even better time as Suite Guests. Extra large room was beautiful, with fabulous bathroom and deck. We also had use of a concierge lounge, with free hors d'oeuvres and cocktails each evening before dinner. A wonderful perk, which I highly recommend, if you can afford it. Makes the cruise so much more luxurious. It was an extra special way to travel, with lots of other little amenities along the way.
