We had a wonderful cruise experience overall. I would give high marks to the food, entertainment, most of the staff, as well as the guests, activities, etc.
The handicapped cabin, though upgraded and centrally located is smaller due to the entrance way configuration. You give up some space for a better location on the ship. We did get used to it. We had no sofa or table to place room service tray.
Front desk could have been a little more helpful.
We enjoyed open seating, and never had a problem with it. Most staff all around the ship remembered us by name, which was a nice personal touch. It was nice having guests dress nicely for dinner, not just on formal nights.
Plan your ship excursions in advance and do the research. The shore excursion desk is not very knowledgeable. Watch clips on youtube of all the excursions offered and that will help you decide.
