This was my fourth cruise with Royal Caribbean. While I had fun, the cruise as a whole was a disappointment to what I was expecting. I prefer the larger ships. However, I enjoyed a cruise on the Majesty of the Seas (the smallest ship) so I figured Enchantment would be okay. In fact, I liked Majesty way more than this ship.

Embarkation was pretty smooth. Lines moved quickly for check-in and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that actually getting on the ship was slightly confusing. There were no signs that told you where to go to board (unlike at the ports in Florida). People were haphazardly forming lines in the chairs and many were confused.

The service on board was great. While we had some issues at the beginning with rude staff Guest Services got it fixed right away and we enjoyed spectacular service the rest of the cruise. The bar staff in the Schooner Bar in particular were very nice and personable. Our dining room staff was also great. This is the first cruise where I've wanted to tip above the recommended guidelines.

Cabin Review

Right under Boleros dance floor, could hear dancing all night long until very late. AVOID.
