Cabin: Family Ocean View

I was looking for something different to celebrate my 40th birthday and my good friend, cousin and I were lucky and scored a Family Ocean View (8108). The space was perfect - we ending up used the 2nd bedroom as a walk-in closet (a must for 3 ladies travelling together - ha ha) and comfortably fit three beds in the master bedroom. The cabin and balcony allowed plenty of room to move around.

The service was great everywhere and we never felt overly crowded on the ship. It was a port-intensive trip but the nights and sea days allowed enough down time to relax and unwind. The cold towels and drinks that Celebrity provides when returning from excursions is such a nice touch!

The only negative comments I have are that the internet service was very intermittent and that our cabin had a strange odor from the moment we walked in. The staff took several measures to clean the room and locate the source of the smell but it never quite went away. The manager did make it up to us with the use of the cabin next store since it was empty the first two days and treating us to dinner in a specialty restaurant of our choice.
