We found the inside of the ship spotless, the staff amazing, polite, helpful and willing to help, however going on a sun holiday i didn't realise i needed to bring my winter woollies for the ship, as they kept the air conditioning on so low we were so cold we had to buy clothes at the first port. they had it at 17 degrees. I asked and was told it was due to a bug they wanted to keep at bay. So freeze the guests?? i had an opportunity to say it to the captain and i felt it a bit warmer the day after, but this was the day before we left :(.

The shops closed at 11.30 which was too early considering we were at sea, as by the time you finish dinner - rush to the show - and come out there is no time to shop or look around and the shows are so good you don't want to miss them. The Ice show is on too early for the first sitting of dinner guests, we were at the mystery night and didn't get out of that in time to use our tickets for the ice show and didn't get to see it as it was jammed.

The Adult only pool: there is no supervision, so children do come around and use it, and parents bring them into the whirl pools also, very annoying, also there is a sign saying no beds can be booked and beds vacant for 20 minutes will be made vacant, however this was not done and fights broke out over a woman booked 14 sun loungers in the adult pool and she then use geography and the numbers in her party to bully and make miserable the atmosphere around the pool on our one day at sea. I went to the ladies and she jumped on my chair and tried to take it, as she had booked the beds at 8 and came back tot hem at 11, and tried to say she had been there since 7am which i had been and as i had said she had not been there became a target for her anger too.

Cabin Review

Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

Our Cabin was tight on space, we weren't in there a lot so didn't really matter, but trying to get ready for the formal nights was problems. shower was the right size as long as you don't drop anything!! so funny when you do and bang your head off the wall which bounces you off the doors banging you back into the wall!! oh such fun :)

the towels they provide are small, i use that size at home as hair towels, but on the ship they are bath towels lol lol loads of places to store things. interactive TV a great thing; you can give yourself a heart attach each night when you see how much you've spent!! :) but excellent idea.
