Had read mixed reviews of this ship prior to sailing and I now know why. Nice ship, going in for refurbishing in January-should have known better. The ship is lovely as are the crew. It has alot of style BUT..having gotten 2 staterooms( family of 4) our total was $6500- for that I expect great everything. The food was great, I will be paying for it for weeks, as was the service in every dining area. Every activity any of us went to - my husband and son went to numerous talks, I did a few and a few culinary presentations they were good and informative. Now for the bad- our stateroom attendant wasn't great-as a matter of fact our balcony was filthy went we got on the ship and remained like that all week. I called numerous times for towels-one night was told they're wasn't any!! I had already called 3 times that day to no avail. So at 11pm I'm up getting towels from the pool.In addition the hall reeked of mold- a smell I really cannot tolerate. Not sure if its a deal breaker for the next cruise but it might be! Bermuda is great, clean, friendly, easy to get around- get a bus/ferry pass right as you get of the ship. Both depart from the dock area. There's a little beach right at the end of dockyard-small but nice had everything.
