My wife, 5 year old daughter and I spent a week on the Island Escape partaking in the Monuments and Mountains Western Mediterranean Cruise. We had previously sailed on the Thompson Spirit last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff and crew onboard made it a trip to remember.

Looking at booking this year's family holiday, we kept coming back to a cruise holiday, even though it was slightly more expensive than what we intended. The Island Escape was recommended to us by my brother-in-law and partner as they had sailed on her twice before and they had had good experiences from their trips.

The only complaint from the flights was the lack of legroom and the location of the tv screens, but they are standard complaints from Thompson flights.

Cabin Review

Too noisy and the mattress were well used.
